To become a member of Sheffield OSN, contact the OSN support team or your business development worker on 0114 249 4941. We will either talk you through the application form or send it to you to fill in at your leisure. Alternatively, download a copy of the application form here and post to us directly at Sheffield Out of School Network.

Membership of Sheffield OSN lasts from April 1 to 31 March the following year. Those individuals or organisations joining before the 31 December in the current year will pay the usual fee. Those joining after January 1 will gain three months additional membership for their annual fee, which will then last for 15 months.

Once we receive your details and payment, we send you your exclusive members' welcome pack. The pack contains a statement of benefits and how to access them, your membership card, training programme and Sheffield Out of School Network newsletter.
