Why should I choose Sheffield Out of School Network training?
Sheffield Out of School Network has over 17 years experience of delivering playwork training, we are very proud of our reputation for quality. Our tutors are highly experienced and committed to drawing out the best from each and every learner. We offer a range of nationally recognised qualifications and received a 'Good' grading in our last official inspection.
How are courses taught?
Our courses have a taught element, enabling students to gain the underpinning theoretical knowledge, with observation and assessment taking place at the work setting.
What support is available to me during my course?
All learners are assigned a tutor, who will be their personal contact for help and support during the course.
How big are class sizes?
Class sizes are limited to no more than 30 students
What are NVQ's?
NVQ's are excellent work based qualifications that provide evidence of competancy in the workplace. They cover a range of subjects and skills and are available at various levels (Level 2, 3 and 4) dependant on the individual's job role.
